The IP address or hostname involved, the timestamps with a time zone, and the raw evidence: log lines, full mail headers, or a packet capture. Screenshots alone are hard to act on.
What happens next
Reports are acknowledged automatically and read by a person. Clear cases are actioned immediately; the rest are put to the customer with a deadline.
