1. The service
Cobanto provides virtual servers and web hosting on a prepaid basis. An account is required and one account belongs to one legal person.
2. Payment
Services are charged monthly in advance from your balance, or prepaid for the agreed term. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
3. Acceptable use
No unsolicited mail, no attacks against third parties, no content that is unlawful where it is served. We act on reports and may suspend a service that is causing harm.
4. Suspension and cancellation
Unpaid invoices lead to suspension after the grace period and to deletion after the retention window. You can cancel any service from the dashboard at any time.
5. Liability and data
Backups are yours to keep unless you buy the backup add-on; a snapshot lives beside the server and does not survive it. Our liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in the month the problem happened, except where the law does not allow that limit. The data processing terms are in the privacy page and form part of this agreement.
