How the wallet works

You add funds by PayPal or bank transfer. The balance is yours; it is spent only by charges you can see in the ledger.

When you deploy a server a full month is charged immediately and you get a paid invoice for it. Nothing is prorated: a month is a month from the day you order it, and capacity is held for you for that whole month.

When it renews

Each server renews on the date you bought it — buy on the 26th and it renews on the 26th, not on the 1st. What is due that day is charged from your balance and one invoice is issued per account, with a line per service.

If the balance is short, the invoice is left unpaid and marked overdue. After the grace period the affected servers are suspended, not deleted. Topping up settles the invoice and brings them back.

Longer terms

Twelve and twenty-four month terms are prepaid at checkout and priced lower per month. Nothing renews silently: you are told before the term ends.

Invoices and VAT

Every charge produces a printable invoice numbered sequentially. Prices are shown excluding VAT; your rate is applied from the billing details on your account.
